We will also share with you time saving tips and tricks on feeding, dealing with gas & colic and baby sleep time, making your parenting experience the best it can possibly be.
Is Postpartum Care Right For You?
Postpartum Professionals are trained support specialists who offer in-home education, support and hands-on care for families and their babies. They may be a Perinatal Support Worker (PNSW), an RN/RPN or Doula (A person who provides guidance and support to a pregnant woman during labor. Unlike others, all of our Doulas are certified.)
They are patient, non-judgemental and knowledgeable about every aspect of newborn care including sleep & feeding as well as perinatal mental health for parents. The Goal of Postpartum Care is to nurture the parents into their new roles and care for baby so parents can rest, eat and shower. As their confidence grows, and baby is in a manageable routine, their need for professional support will diminish.
